Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications with a focus on responsive design. 
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. 
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behavior. 
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design and development. 
5. Perform interaction design tasks and produce high-quality visual design assets. 
6. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. 
7. Follow information architecture principles to structure and organize information effectively. 
8. Keep abreast of the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design. 

Requirements

1. A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design. 
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin. 
3. Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies. 
4. Hands-on experience with responsive design, HTML, and CSS. 
5. Demonstrable skills in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. 
6. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. 
7. A collaborative mindset with empathy toward users and team members. 
8. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferable.
