Vice President - Real Estate Positioning & Marketing - 20+ Years - Mumbai

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President with 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry to lead large-scale real estate positioning, branding, marketing, and sales-driven project execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, deep exposure across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional operations while driving revenue growth and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic direction and leadership for large-scale real estate projects.
  • Managing and strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Identifying new geographies and developing sustainable business models for growth.
  • Ensuring timely availability of assets while maintaining quality and compliance benchmarks.
  • Driving marketing, branding, and sales strategies to achieve revenue and P&L objectives.
  • Overseeing project milestones, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Leading cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, sales, CRM, and post-sales operations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, channel partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitoring project performance, mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing post-sales processes to ensure smooth handover and continued customer support.
  • Developing and tracking KPIs to ensure consistent performance across projects.
  • Preparing detailed MIS, performance reports, and P&L updates for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • At least 12 years in senior leadership roles managing large, complex projects.
  • Strong exposure to sales-led project execution and revenue optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate marketing, branding, sales, and post-sales operations.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and drive accountability and performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High energy, achievement-oriented mindset with a progressive leadership approach.
