ACCOUNT MANAGER- CONSULTANCY- BANGALORE- 8+YEARS

Looking for a Graduate/Post Graduate with 8+years of experience in managing Loyalty and Engagement Programs for own brand or client brand.

LOCATION- Bangalore

YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER-  Is a US based multinational company providing engagement engagement expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Being the main point of contact for specific accounts

  2. Managing that account and maintaining an excellent client relationship.

  3. Establishing budgets with the client.

  4. Writing creative briefs, and approves payments to and from the client.

  5. Managing contracts and contract renewals.

  6. Actively pursuing new opportunities with the client - The more opportunities, the more work, and money, for BIW.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A Graduate/Post Graduate with an overall 8+years of experience.

  2. Experience in managing Loyalty and Engagement Programs for own brand or client brand.

  3. Must demonstrate creativity and data-driven campaign planning

  4. Must demonstrate good understanding of Key Metrics of Programs Managed

  5. Good communication.
