QA Automation - 2 to 6 Years - Mumbai/Bangalore

Summary –

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise-grade platforms. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in .NET and Azure-based environments, with strong expertise in automation, performance testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams while mentoring junior QA members and strengthening QA strategy across complex systems.

Location –

Mumbai / Bangalore | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities –

1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases across enterprise products and platforms.

2. Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Playwright or Selenium.

3. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using JMeter.

4. Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.

5. Contribute to QA KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs while supporting continuous improvement in QA practices.

Requirements –

1. Strong experience in QA Engineering within .NET and Azure-based environments.

2. Hands-on expertise in test automation using Playwright / Selenium.

3. Experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter.

4. Good understanding of Azure platform services, testing, and monitoring tools.

5. Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).

Preferred Skills –

1. Experience enhancing and driving QA strategies in complex product environments.

2. Knowledge of CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and design patterns.

3. Understanding of security vulnerabilities across web, mobile, and data applications.

4. Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and supporting team skill development.

5. Prior exposure to onshore–offshore delivery models and enterprise domains.
