Looking for a professional who has 3+years of experience in experience in managing Loyalty and Engagement Programs for own brand or client brand.Candidate with great communication as well as pleasing presence. Candidate who can demonstrate creativity and data-driven campaign planning.

Responsibilities:

Pursuing new opportunities with the client for the growth of organisation.

Resolving conflicts with clients for better result.

Reviewing Account leads.

Writing creative briefs as well as approves payments to and from the client.

Commanding contracts and contract renewals, quality control on the accounts.

Establishing budgets with the client.

Managing the account and maintaining an excellent client relationship.

 

Requirements:

  • Overall 5+years of experience, with at least 3+ plus years of experience in managing Loyalty and Engagement Programs for own brand or client brand.

  • Must demonstrate creativity and data-driven campaign planning

  • Must demonstrate good understanding of Key Metrics of Programs Managed

  • Good communication and a pleasing presence
