Looking for a 3+ years of experienced business professional who is working for event management, event coordination and event budgeting for corporate events for FMCG companies preferably from hair care/ skin care/ beauty and personal care.

Responsibilities:
Event Management -Ideating, planning, and budgeting of Technical activities and programs in collaboration with RTM’s, ZTM’s, BDM’s, RSM’s
Briefing and working with agencies/vendors for effective implementation and smooth flow of events
Liaising with sales teams to create execution plans for Technical activations.
Managing related Marketing Collaterals for Technical activations
Reporting and presenting the activities/program/ reports to the reporting managers on a regular basis
Monitoring and evaluating each activity/program and working with the agency team/ internal team to ensure excellent execution.
Maintain Budget tracker & event tracker
POSM & Visibility- Overall co-ordination with regional teams for POSM & event visibility requirement
Managing POS Materials supply and courier
Maintaining tracking sheet of all activities / POSM
Creation of Standees, posters and other visibility elements for the training venue
Co-ordinating with Marketing team for visibility requirements
Vendor Management and Payments
Creating of Vendor codes with HO team
Coordinating with vendors for putting Invoice on portal
Ensuring timely payment to vendors
Technical Activation & Shoots
Coordinating in Technical events
Courier Gifts/Hampers/Sampling for events
Arranging products for Influencer and other activities
Technical Internal shoots coordination for products
Requirement -
3-5 years of experience in Activations & events
Excel Skills/ Presentation Skills, English language communication
