Responsibilities

1. Perform Group Reserve Reviews and provide regional reserving support
2. Develop, validate, and enhance reserving models and methodologies
3. Work on Solvency II technical provisions at group and regional levels
4. Conduct large loss and trend analysis, including propensity modelling
5. Take ownership of project scoping, planning, and delivery
6. Guide and mentor junior team members; support their training and development
7. Conduct independent peer reviews in line with best actuarial practices
8. Prepare clear documentation, assumptions, and stakeholder presentations
9. Collaborate with actuarial teams across global locations

Requirements

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in Actuarial Reserving – General Insurance (P&C)
2. Strong expertise in actuarial reserving techniques and statistical modelling
3. Hands-on experience with Excel-based actuarial models
4. Exposure to Solvency II reserving is highly preferred
5. Experience in reviewing work, mentoring team members, or people management
6. Knowledge of ResQ will be an added advantage
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
