Job Title- AM/DM (Property & Casualty Insurance), Bangalore, 6+yrs

 

Summary- Someone having experience into any insurance domain working for global process under learning and development

 

Responsibilities-

Doing Process training

 

Requirements-

• Insurance Background: The candidate must have a strong background in the insurance industry.

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance:

Specific experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is required.

Learning and Development Expertise:

The candidate should have experience as a Learning People Partner.

They must be capable of identifying and addressing training needs for various requirements.

Team Management Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience is essential.

Advanced Excel Skills:                     

Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory.

Upskilling in Training Developments:

The candidate should be up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in training and development.

Requirements:

For Assistant Manager (AM): 6-8 years of overall experience is required.

For Deputy Manager (DM): 9-12 years of overall experience is required.
