AM / DM / Manager – Electrical – Solar Power - 4–10 Years – Rajasthan 

We are hiring Electrical professionals for solar power projects in Rajasthan. The role involves managing electrical operations, commissioning, maintenance, and switchyard activities for large-scale solar plants, ensuring high availability, safety, and regulatory compliance. 

Location – Bikaner, Rajasthan

Responsibilities –  

  1. Manage electrical operations and maintenance for solar power plants. 
  2. Handle switchyard operations, substations, and power evacuation systems. 
  3. Oversee commissioning, testing, and grid synchronization activities.
  4. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations. 
  5. Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, and internal teams for smooth site execution

Requirements – 

  1. B. Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory. 
  2. 4–10 years of experience in solar power projects. 
  3. Strong exposure to switchyard operations, substations, HT/LT systems, and evacuation infrastructure. 
  4. Knowledge of grid connectivity, protection systems, and fault analysis.
  5. Willingness to work at project sites across Rajasthan.
