Channel Sales Manager – Home Safes – Security Solutions – 2+Years – Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Hyderabad

We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager for the Home Safes line of business within the security solutions domain. The role involves driving topline and bottom-line performance, managing branch profitability, strengthening distribution networks, and expanding market presence across assigned regions.

Location - Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Hyderabad

Responsibilities –

  1. Drive topline and bottom-line performance for the Channel Sales business across assigned locations.
  2. Develop and manage the sales and distribution network to achieve business, market share, and volume targets.
  3. Ensure achievement of Branch ROCE targets through effective budget and working capital management.
  4. Lead market mapping, market development, and expansion initiatives, including activation of dealers and counters.
  5. Manage inventory, receivables, and ageing stock to ensure healthy working capital cycles.
  6. Build, develop, and guide branch teams while ensuring adherence to commercial discipline and brand standards.

Requirements –

  1. Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  2. Post Graduate qualification in Management (preferred).
  3. Experience in retail / branch sales and distribution management.
  4. Exposure to working capital, inventory, and receivables management.
  5. Strong stakeholder and team management capabilities.
