Key Responsibilities –

•            Support business areas with daily initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.

•            Collaborate across teams to align and integrate operational processes effectively.

•            Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements in operational workflows.

•            Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficiency.

•            Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance for senior stakeholders.

•            Track industry trends and embed best practices in banking operations.

•            Participate in projects and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

•            Demonstrate strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership behaviours to guide teams.

•            Take ownership of risk management, policy adherence, and stakeholder communication

Requirements –

•            4-8 years of experience in operations, risk management, compliance, or business process management.

•            Proven ability to lead teams, coach colleagues, and manage performance through KPIs and structured objectives.

•            Strong skills in data analysis, performance monitoring, and using insights to drive process improvements.

•            Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.

•            Experience collaborating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve business goals .
