Job Title –
Fraud SME Lead – 6 to 7+ Years - Gurgaon

Summary –
We are seeking an experienced Fraud SME Lead with strong expertise in Fraud Risk Analytics to drive prevention and detection initiatives across financial and payment systems. The role demands deep domain knowledge, strong analytical capability, and the ability to collaborate across complex, unstructured environments.

Location – Gurgaon | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities –

  1. Lead fraud risk analytics initiatives across prevention and detection use cases.

  2. Design and strengthen fraud risk frameworks covering KYC, onboarding, and transaction monitoring.

  3. Build and enhance anomaly detection frameworks to identify emerging fraud patterns.

  4. Drive analytics solutions for merchant risk, particularly within cards businesses.

  5. Collaborate with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements –

  1. 6–7+ years of experience in fraud risk analytics or related risk domains.

  2. Strong understanding of fraud risk frameworks, prevention, and detection strategies.

  3. Proven exposure to merchant risk, especially in cards-based businesses.

  4. Hands-on experience building anomaly detection frameworks.

  5. Strong SQL and Python skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
