SeniorAnalyst/Analyst – Wealth Credit Transaction Management – Financial Services- Global banks – 3-9 Years - Chennai/Mumbai 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with 3–9 years of experience in wealth credit or lending operations to support transaction management activities across secured lending portfolios. The role requires strong exposure to credit documentation, facility setup, covenant monitoring, and loan systems within wealth management or private banking environments.

Responsibilities

1. Supporting end-to-end wealth credit transaction lifecycle activities including deal setup, documentation checks, and post-disbursement monitoring
2. Reviewing and validating credit approval memoranda, term sheets, and credit agreements for accuracy and compliance
3. Assisting with facility setup and booking readiness across lending platforms ensuring data accuracy
4. Performing covenant, collateral, LTV, and margin monitoring while identifying exceptions
5. Conducting data quality checks, reconciliations, and remediation linked to internal and regulatory reporting
6. Working under defined maker–checker controls while adhering to audit and governance standards

Requirements

1. 3–9 years of experience in transaction management, loan operations, or credit operations
2. Prior exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking, or secured lending portfolios
3. Working knowledge of wealth credit products such as Lombard lending, margin loans, or secured facilities
4. Hands-on experience with loan systems like Loan IQ, Flex cube, AFS, or similar platforms
5. Strong understanding of credit documentation, covenants, and post-close monitoring
6. Graduate qualification in finance, commerce, management, or a related discipline
