Senior Research Associate – Chemical Industry –Consulting - 5 years - Gurgaon

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience to join a premier global research team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to consultants, driving executive search mandates and contributing to the growth of the Chemical and Process Industry practice through meticulous market analysis and assignment execution.

Location: Gurgaon (Full time)

Responsibilities

1. Executing search strategies by collaborating with global offices to identify target companies and top-tier candidates.
2. Generating high-quality client deliverables, including market mapping reports, pitch packs, and comprehensive candidate profiles.
3. Monitoring industry trends and executive movements to provide critical market intelligence and business development support.
4. Partnering with consultants as a thought leader to define search benchmarks and specialist insights within the chemical sector.
5. Maintaining robust knowledge management repositories, including organizational charts and compensation data, to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

1. Post-graduate degree from an accredited institution with 5+ years of experience in Industry, Consulting, or Research.
2. Deep domain knowledge of the Chemicals and Process Industry and its competitive landscape.
3. Proven experience working on international engagements within a professional services or captive research environment.
4. Expert-level proficiency in MS Office and superior verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong project management abilities with the agility to manage multiple deadlines and solve complex problems.
