Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day cash and liquidity operations.
2. Analyze cash flow patterns and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making.
3. Perform seamless reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize automation processes for improved operational efficiency.
5. Ensure adherence to internal control policies and industry regulations in all operations.
6. Identify and mitigate risks related to treasury and liquidity management.
7. Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance working capital management.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in Cash Management, Liquidity Management, or Treasury Operations.
2. Hands-on experience in data analysis and reconciliation processes.
3. Proven expertise in automating financial systems for greater accuracy and efficiency.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and numbers.
5. Proficiency in financial software systems and familiarity with banking systems.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
7. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
