We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Financial Systems with 6+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with end-to-end hands-on experience in financial systems implementation, including UAT testing, system configuration, and post-implementation support. Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end implementation and management of financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, controls, and compliance with organizational standards.
2. Partner with cross-functional and internal teams to integrate new financial systems, including system configuration, UAT testing, and go-live support.
3. Monitor system performance, conduct issue analysis, and drive timely troubleshooting and resolution.
4. Act as the subject matter expert for financial systems, providing user support, training, and clear system documentation.
5. Drive process improvements by leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and system effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline with 6+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems implementation.
2. Strong exposure to end-to-end financial system implementation, including UAT testing and process automation.
3. Good analytical skills with experience in financial tools and system workflows.
4. Proven ability to manage projects, resolve system issues, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
