Appian Technical Architect – 12+ Years – Remote (PAN India)

An excellent opportunity for seasoned Appian Technical Architects with strong expertise in architecting, designing, and deploying enterprise-level BPM solutions on the Appian platform. In this role, you will lead end-to-end solution design, integration, performance optimization, and oversee delivery of scalable Appian applications.

Location: Remote (PAN India)
Experience: 12+ Years (10+ years in Appian Architecture/Lead roles)

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and drive the overall Appian solution architecture and development standards.

• Lead the end-to-end design of Appian applications, including process models, data models, UI/UX, and integrations.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure Appian solutions.

• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality.

• Integrate Appian with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, RDBMS, and middleware.

• Conduct architecture reviews, feasibility assessments, and PoCs.

• Mentor developers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments, security, performance tuning, and compliance.

• Troubleshoot complex performance and functional issues within Appian applications.

Requirements:

• 10–12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Appian Architecture/Lead roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Appian 22.x or later:

  • Sites, Records, Interfaces, Process Models

  • Web APIs & Integrations

  • AI Skills & RPA

• Experience with Appian plug-in development (Java).

• Strong SQL and database expertise (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

• Proven experience designing scalable, reusable, and high-performance application components.

• Solid understanding of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and security.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, ANT scripts).

• Appian Lead Developer (L3) certification – Mandatory.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
