Responsibilities -

1. Creating and editing high-quality content across articles, blogs, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice, style guides, and industry trends.
2. Coaching and mentoring writers by providing constructive feedback, improving skills, and guiding the development of engaging and compelling narratives.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate insights into clear, timely, and impactful content that meets business objectives.
4. Maintaining and championing editorial standards by ensuring accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to global style guidelines.
5. Researching and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content strategy and relevance.

Requirements -

1. Education - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
2. Experience - Minimum 5+ years in content writing, thought leadership, journalism, or related roles.
3. Editing & Writing Skills - Strong ability to create, review, and refine content for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
4. Collaboration & Leadership - Experience guiding teams, mentoring writers, and working with internal and international stakeholders.
5. Technical & Industry Knowledge - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fact-checking, citations, and awareness of current trends in content marketing and the insurance/risk industry.
