Associate Data Scientist-3-6 years- Gurgaon

Location - Gurgaon

Summary -We are looking for an Associate Data Scientist to work on data asset projects and analytics-based solutions. The role includes hands-on involvement in data cleaning, manipulation, NLP, model development, statistical analysis, and reporting while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities -

1. Work on data asset and data science projects with ownership of deliverables.

2. Use Python, SQL and related tools for data cleaning, manipulation, feature engineering, and reporting.

3. Build ML and NLP models to support analytical and automation-driven use cases.

4. Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams with strong communication and coordination.

6. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all assigned work.

7. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

8. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all tasks.

Requirements -

1. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data science.

2. Strong understanding of statistics, NLP, and ML fundamentals.

3. Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy, Transformers), SQL and handling large datasets.

4. Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, feature engineering, and end-to-end model development.

5. Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

7. Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

8. Experience working in cross-functional teams.

9. Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word).

10. Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
