Assistant Manager - Property and Casualty Claims - 6+ Years - Pune

Join our team as an Assistant Manager in Property & Casualty Claims. We are looking for skilled professionals with solid experience in handling P&C insurance claims. Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end processes for property and casualty insurance claims ensuring adherence to company policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
2. Drive resolution of complex claims and disputes by collaborating with involved stakeholders while maintaining excellent customer communication.
3. Lead, mentor, and monitor a team to achieve efficiency in claims processing and uphold quality standards.
4. Analyze claim trends and reports to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies to reduce risks.
5. Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations and guidelines.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance claims management processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in property and casualty claims processing or management.
3. Proficiency in data analysis, claims handling software, and reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to manage and coach teams effectively to achieve results.
6. Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products, underwriting principles, and claim settlement processes.
