Assistant Manager-Data Scientist (MMM + CPG) - 5+ Yrs - Gurgaon

This role blends financial modelling, marketing analytics, and strategic thinking to help markets plan investments, demonstrate value, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Simulation & Financial Planning
2. Support markets with ENSUM+ (Expert Net Sales Uplift Model) for Expert-focused financial planning
3. Build and execute ad-hoc investment choice and what-if simulations to guide local decisions
4. Meta-Analysis & Knowledge Sharing
5. Consolidate ENSUM+ and Expert MMM learnings across markets
6. Identify Expert growth drivers and enable prioritization across BMCs
7. Perform data quality audits and transform Expert datasets for MMM and advanced analytics

Requirements

1. Proven experience in financial modelling and investment simulations
2. Strong background in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and advanced analytics
3. Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar tools)
4. Experience with sales, KPI, and performance measurement analytics
5. Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
6. Familiarity with enterprise data systems and cloud-based analytics platforms
7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
