Associate Director – B2B Sales / BFSI / Financial Institutions – 8+ Years – Mumbai

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the BFSI, NBFC, or financial services industry. The role involves managing large institutional clients, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, key account management, and closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and growing relationships with key institutional clients in the BFSI and financial services space.
  2. Driving B2B sales and achieving revenue targets through strategic client engagement.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  4. Engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers to understand their business needs.
  5. Leading commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
  6. Developing sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the financial services sector.
  7. Monitoring the sales pipeline and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
  8. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within BFSI, NBFC, AMC, or financial institutions.
  2. Strong experience in managing institutional or corporate clients.
  3. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large deals.
  4. Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and build strategic relationships.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute preferred.
