Assistant Manager - Finance (Corporate Group)- 7 to 10 Years- Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Summary: We are a dynamic organization seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance to join our Corporate Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Financial Reporting:
a-Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS.
b-Manage quarterly unaudited financial results and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2-Month-End Close Activities:
a-Oversee consolidation processes, intercompany reconciliations, and ESOP accounting.
b-Manage all adjustment entries in consolidation books.
3-Annual Report Preparation:
a-Contribute to the annual report by preparing inputs related to MD&A, performance highlights, and financials.
4-Compliance and Filings:
a-Ensure timely compliance with statutory filings (APR, DPT-3, FLA, XBRL) with RBI/ROC.
b-Track and prepare board papers, including RPT and subsidiary performance.
5-Financial Analysis:
a-Analyze financial statements of other listed entities and provide improvement suggestions.
b-Perform monthly reviews of General Ledgers (GLs) and coordinate with teams to address review observations.
6-Team Management:
a-Lead a team, fostering collaboration and efficiency in financial operations.
b-Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
Requirements:
1-Educational Background:
Semi-qualified (Inter CA or CMA).
2-Experience:
7 to 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial statements and compliance.
3-Technical Skills:
Well-versed in IND AS and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., Fusion, SAP).
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of financial modeling.
4-Interpersonal Skills:
Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
