Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to meet business requirements.

  2. Manage and deliver strong MIS reporting with high accuracy and consistency.

  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

  4. Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across multiple data sources.

  5. Perform trend analysis and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Requirements

  1. 7–12 years of relevant experience in reporting and analytics.

  2. Power BI or Tableau experience is mandatory.

  3. Strong background in MIS reporting.

  4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce.

  5. Exposure to EPIC tool is an added advantage.

  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  7. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
