Summary
We are looking for experienced Electrical professionals for site-based roles within the renewable energy sector. The position requires 4–10 years of hands-on experience in solar, wind, or power project site operations, with strong execution and coordination skills. Candidates with an electrical background and exposure to site management, installation, commissioning, and operations will be a strong fit.

Location: Solapur, Sangli (Maharashtra) | Bijapur (Karnataka)

Responsibilities

1. Managing day-to-day electrical activities at project sites.
2. Executing installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
3. Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for site progress.
4. Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
5. Monitoring site performance and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

1. 4–10 years of experience in electrical site roles within solar, wind, or power projects.
2. Mandatory qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Diploma/Degree.
3. Strong exposure to site execution, commissioning, and operations.
4. Willingness to work at project locations and relocate if required.
