One would be responsible for managing end-to-end L&D role starting from content creation to delivering training.
Leading financial services organization.
Responsible for identifying training and development needs in regular consultation with business managers.
Responsible for ensuring training design and delivery is aligned to best practice and business outcomes.
One would responsible for using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes.
Responsible for applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
Designing a range of learning interventions across levels and culture of continuous professional development.
Responsible for facilitating and delivering learning interventions for better outcomes.
Responsible for supporting the implementation of global talent development initiatives.
One would be taking care of positive and inclusive onboarding process for new hires, including new hire orientation.
Proven experience for at least 8+ years of experience.
Solid project management & organizational skills
Strong problem solving and ability to work comfortably with data
