AVP - Primary Research - 6 Years - Mumbai

This role is focused on leading and managing primary market research field operations. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, executive interview management, data quality control, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities -

1. Lead and manage end-to-end primary market research projects with a focus on Executive Interviews (EIs).
2. Gather research requirements, define fieldwork scope, and manage the complete project lifecycle.
3. Partner closely with Field Operations teams to execute high-quality primary research initiatives.
4. Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance research resources to support primary research delivery.
5. Oversee preparation, validation, and distribution of research deliverables with strict data quality checks.

Requirements -

1. Strong hands-on experience in primary market research, preferably within market research or consulting organizations.
2. Proven expertise in managing executive interviews, fieldwork operations, and qualitative research processes.
3. MBA in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong research acumen.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior and international stakeholders.
5. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic macros for research data management.
