Summary – Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to the regulatory framework set by IFSCA at IFSC (GIFT City). Act as the key liaison with regulators while implementing and monitoring internal compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements –

1. Educational qualification similar to the requirements prescribed for a Principal Officer.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or a compliance-related role.
3. For graduate candidates, 5 years of relevant experience as per regulatory requirements.
4. Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance frameworks.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills for regulatory interactions.
