Associate Business Development Executive – Crypto/Blockchain – 6–7 Years-Mumbai/Mohali

We are looking for a result-driven Associate Business Development Executive with 6–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management within Crypto, Blockchain, Forex, Trading Platforms, or Financial Services. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, market research, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced global environment.

Location – Mumbai/ Mohali

Responsibilities –

1. Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
3. Track market trends across crypto, blockchain, DeFi, Web3, and financial markets to identify growth opportunities.
4. Coordinate with internal teams such as product, compliance, and support to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
5. Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue performance while tracking key KPIs.

Requirements –

1. 6–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship roles.
2. Prior experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Forex, Trading Platforms, or Financial Services is mandatory.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial markets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems with strong organizational skills.
