Responsibilities

  • Build ML/AI prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts using modern frameworks.
  • Work hands‑on with Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
  • Rapidly develop and iterate web‑based ML applications using Flask or Streamlit.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with product, design, and business teams to translate complex problems into scalable ML solutions.
  • Operate in agile sprints with a bias for experimentation and quick deployment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest AI/GenAI research, tools, and open‑source innovations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of practical machine learning or software engineering experience.
  • Strong Python programming skills with experience building ML‑centric codebases.
  • Hands‑on exposure to LangChain, RAG workflows, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering.
  • Proven experience deploying applications via Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Streamlit).
  • A strong prototyping mindset with a product‑first approach.
