We are hiring a senior Compliance professional to provide data-led oversight and effective check and challenge across business and compliance matters. The role focuses on managing compliance, financial crime, and reputational risks while driving strong governance, regulatory adherence, and ethical conduct across global transaction cycles.

Responsibilities

1. Provide oversight and challenge on compliance risks across business activities, processes, systems, and change initiatives
2. Identify, investigate, and manage potential market abuse, financial crime, money laundering, and regulatory breaches
3. Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with global regulatory and jurisdictional standards
4. Collaborate with 1LOD, Legal, Risk, and other Compliance teams to ensure comprehensive risk management
5. Lead strategic compliance initiatives, manage teams, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen control frameworks

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a business-facing Compliance advisory role within global banking or financial services
2. Strong understanding of risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements
3. Experience in providing compliance oversight across transaction cycles and complex business areas
4. Ability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders and leadership teams
5. Experience working in fast-paced, complex, global organisational environments
