Assistant Manager - Process Training - General Insurance - BPO/BPM - 5+ Years - Pune

Location - Pune

An exciting opportunity for a training professional with 5+ years of experience in General Insurance (Property & Casualty) operations and expertise in training. If you have experience in new hire training, content development, stakeholder management, and driving process performance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities -

  1. Conduct new hire training, nesting, and 30-60-90-day performance monitoring.
  2. Design training plans in collaboration with clients.
  3. Deliver PKT sessions, refreshers, certifications, and continuous learning initiatives.
  4. Create training dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  5. Perform TNI/TNA and develop targeted interventions.
  6. Partner with QAs, operations, and client teams for calibration.
  7. Facilitate hiring assessments and support knowledge management.

Requirements -

  1. Graduate in any stream.
  2. 5+ years of experience in General Insurance (P&C), with 2+ years in training.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office.
  5. Insurance certifications (P&C) preferred.
  6. Flexible to work in 24x7 environment (Australia shifts).
