Assistant Manager - Revenue Booking - 7+ Years - Mumbai

We are hiring an Assistant Manager for the Operations division to lead critical revenue-related processes. This role is focused on managing and enhancing the revenue booking process, overseeing audits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with IRDAI standards.

Location - Mumbai.

Responsibilities -

1. Manage and enhance the revenue booking process, validate renewal entries, and perform regular checks.
2. Conduct audits on brokerage amounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance per IRDAI standards.
3. Create, verify, and issue RBS, coordinate with brokers and RMs for timely payments, and maintain pendency records.

Requirements -

1. Graduate in Finance/Accounting or Postgraduate with any specialization.
2. Minimum 7+ years of experience in insurance domain and reconciliation processes.
3. Technical expertise in MS Excel, including basic and advanced formulas.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
