Location: (Powai) Mumbai
We are seeking a skilled professional with over 4 years of experience in L&D/OD/Capability Building/Skilling/Training and Development and a robust educational background in BE and MBA.

- Develop and implement comprehensive skilling and capability-building programs.
- Collaborate with teams to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to foster continuous growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputable institutions.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in L&D, capability building, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
