Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Compensation Benchmarking -2-5 years-Bangalore

Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and run internal diagnostics to track pay trends, pay equity, and pay-to-performance correlations.
- Map roles to market surveys, analyze positioning (P25/P50/P75), and recommend salary range refreshes and hiring guidelines.
- Maintain salary structures, bonus guidelines, and compensation governance frameworks.
- Support compensation cycles with modelling, validation, calibration, and audit-ready documentation.
- Translate benchmarking outputs into actionable insights, dashboards, and presentations for HR and business leaders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in HR with strong exposure to compensation benchmarking or C&B analytics.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Mercer/Aon/WTW or similar comp surveys.
- Understanding of job architecture, leveling, and comp governance.
- Experience with HRIS/TMS (SuccessFactors/Workday/Darwinbox) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG in HR, Finance, or Analytics preferred.
