Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of HR associates and SMEs, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews and capability development.
2. Oversee daily HR operations ensuring compliance, accuracy and timely delivery across all HR support functions.
3. Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and implement improvement strategies and automation opportunities.
4. Drive customer service excellence, resolve escalations and enhance service delivery.
5. Ensure adherence to global HR policies, internal/external audit requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in HR Operations/ HRSS with proven team management exposure.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, audits and service delivery frameworks.
3. Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Project management experience (Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred).
5. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR Tech platforms is an advantage.
