Assistant Manager/Manager - Performance Marketing - E-Commerce Brands -2+ Years - Mumbai

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic performance marketing professional to drive on-platform growth across leading eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms. This role focuses on managing agency relationships, optimizing performance campaigns, and delivering strong ROI through data-driven strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto and other platforms.

Responsibilities -

1. Driving performance marketing campaigns across Amazon AMS, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto and other eCommerce platforms.
2. Aligning search and DSP strategies to achieve target KPIs including ACOS, CTR, impressions and conversions.
3. Managing merchandising levers on eGrocers and Quick Commerce platforms to maximize ROI and platform offtakes.
4. Owning agency relationships including SOW management and ensuring delivery of result-driven outcomes.
5. Monitoring campaign performance metrics, analyzing competitive landscape, and coordinating with stakeholders for seamless execution.

Requirements -

1. Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side).
2. Hands-on experience in Amazon AMS, Flipkart Ads and other marketplace ad platforms.
3. Strong understanding of ACOS, CTR, conversion funnel metrics and budget optimization.
4. Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering campaigns within timelines.
5. Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns (on-platform and off-platform digital integrations).
