Responsibilities - 

1. Assisting in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation/reports for compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Conducting bench-marking studies using various databases to substantiate transfer pricing methodologies.
3. Providing insights and strategies for company-wide transfer pricing policies in line with global standards.
4. Coordinating and liaising with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants on transfer pricing audits/disputes.
5. Analyzing financial statements, industry data, and economic research for developing robust transfer pricing analyses.
6. Staying updated with changes in transfer pricing regulations and providing advice on how these changes impact the organization.

Requirements - 

1. 3–5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing within the Financial Services Practice or similar environments.
2. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields. Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
3. Proven expertise in transfer pricing regulations, methods, and economic analysis techniques.
4. Proficiency with financial modeling and benchmarking tools.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
