Summary
Preparing valuation of complex commercial real estate assets while independently conducting financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV), analyzing rent rolls and lease terms, performing market research, and drafting detailed valuation reports and client presentations.

Responsibilities

1. Preparing valuation of complex commercial real estate assets across asset classes.
2. Analyzing rent rolls, lease agreements, and conducting detailed financial modeling (DCF, IRR, NPV).
3. Performing site visits, market research, and comparable property analysis.
4. Managing client interactions while ensuring quality deliverables and expectation alignment.
5. Drafting comprehensive valuation reports and presentations with clear assumptions and methodologies.

Requirements

1. Having 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in valuation, financial modeling, and market research.
2. Holding CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) qualification.
3. Demonstrating strong financial understanding with advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
4. Exhibiting excellent report writing and PowerPoint presentation skills.
5. Possessing strong communication skills, presentable personality, and team collaboration mindset.

Preferred

1. Having exposure to Argus, Power BI/Tableau, and GIS tools.
2. Holding certifications such as RICS or CSA/RV.
