Data Analyst – SQL/ETL – 7+ Years – Chennai/Pune

Summary – We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data validation, and banking domain analytics. The role involves analyzing business requirements, performing source-to-target mapping, validating datasets, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. Candidates with Retail Banking/BFSI experience and strong analytical capabilities will be preferred.

Responsibilities –
Strong understanding of Retail Banking / BFSI domain
Review and analyze business requirements
Perform Source-to-Target Mapping (STM)
Strong hands-on experience in SQL and data analysis
Exposure to ETL processes and data workflows
Perform data validation for domain rules and default values
Validate data during pre & post implementation phases
Interpret datasets using statistical techniques and generate reports
Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems
Acquire data from primary and secondary sources
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets
Collaborate with stakeholders for data quality and reporting requirements
