Associate Director - Finance & Accounts Operations - All Towers - 21+ Years - Bangalore

Looking for professionals with 21+ Years of Finance and accounts operations experience in all towers Record to Report (RTR), Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP).

Location – Bangalore

Shift Timings: US Shift (5:00PM – 2:00 AM)

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility
2. Creating solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors
3. Interacting with senior management at a client and/or within the organisation, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
4. Decision-making independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
5. Flag risks to clients and stakeholders and propose action plans where needed
6. Identifying improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value
7. Managing medium - large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within
8. Transformation mindset and eye for identifying automation/process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 21+ years of professional experience.
2. Senior Delivery Lead with mandatory expertise across Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P)
3. Proven track record in Global Service Delivery, Finance Operations, and Client Management.
4. Extensive experience in third-party services, Process Re-engineering, and Transition Management.
5. Demonstrated ability in managing large teams, with experience handling 700 FTEs.
6. Full-time office-based role.
7. Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.
