We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional for MS Banking division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new banking clients for ATM and banking automation solutions

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities -

  1. Identify and target potential banking clients for automation solutions, focusing on acquiring new customers.
  2. Research and analyze the banking industry, market trends, and competitor offerings to position the company's solutions effectively.
  3. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  4. Engage with senior executives and department heads to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of the company’s automation solutions.

Requirements

  1. MBA preferred with 10-18 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in selling solutions to banks (experience with PSU Banks and RFP processes is a plus).
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  3. Proven ability to manage the sales process from planning through closing, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  4. Experience in selling ATM products and services or working with an ATM OEM/MSP is advantageous.
  5. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
