Responsibilities:
Manage complete asset lifecycle (IT & non-IT).
Oversee asset procurement, tracking, and provisioning.
Handle dispatch of assets across multiple locations in India.
Maintain product and vendor catalogs, ensuring up-to-date pricing, warranty, and contract details.
Manage purchase orders with structured approval and delivery processes.
Use ERP/SAP tools for data updates.
Provide inputs for negotiations and procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with IT contracts and alert on expirations.
Work in 24*7 shifts and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications: BCA, MCA, BE, or any graduate.
Experience: 2-3 years in relevant fields.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with internal/external teams.
Quick learner with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and IT asset management software.
Knowledge of ITIL, CICT, ITSM is a plus.
