Responsibilities :
Building an in-depth understanding of the business and research requirements of multiple strategic research clients.
Providing research support to prepare in-depth proposals for new strategic research engagements.
Leading and participating in expert consultations to gather relevant insights on topics with negligible information in secondary domain.
Presenting key findings to the clients and address questions and objections with clarity and confidence.
Being responsible for professional development, coaching and evaluation of 3-4 members.
Requirements :
Full time MBA from leading B-schools
Good PowerPoint and report writing skills
Strong project and client relationship management skills.
Excellent people management skills
