Role: Associate Principal

The Incumbent will contribute strongly to the business growth roadmap of the organization by leading initiatives in business development in key emerging markets and stakeholders for company and ensure the scalable and sustainable setup and operations of sales engines that can deliver to targets
Establish business development opportunities in the bilateral/multilateral-led space through a combination of market penetration strategies that span thought leadership, marketing, setting up of strategic partnerships to win bids and building strong relationships as measured by value and volume of partnerships and programs.
Lead structured hypotheses-based, rigorous problem solving with the team in all engagements
Take accountability to achieve successful outcomes for the client, project and social impact that is envisioned for the project through scoping, design and execution in stipulated time frame
Spot and utilize opportunities for growing the accounts you are managing; also leverage your experience and expertise to follow through on and close new potential deals
What you need to have:
12+ years of experience in the Public Health care space with strong technical understanding of community led monitoring models (CLM)
Master’s degree in public health/development/business or development management
Experience in problem solving, healthcare research and advisory, creating knowledge products, and ecosystem engagement
Strong ability to manage national and international clients such as USAID, PEPFAR partners etc
Demonstrated experience in government engagement both at national and state level including managing relationships with NACO, SACS etc
