Location: Indore / Bhopal
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with a proven track record in driving growth, building strong networks, and achieving sales objectives within the professional beauty care industry.

Responsibilities:
- Driving overall sales, revenue, and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
- Planning and achieving collection and training objectives.
- Proposing customized business deals for key clients.
- Ensuring timely implementation of schemes and promotions.
- Expanding and strengthening dealer and salon networks.
- Enhancing market visibility through POS and promotional activities.
- Monitoring competition and providing insights to management.
Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed B-school.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the professional salon or beauty care industry.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
