Branch Relationship Manager - CAT – Rajkot/Ahmedabad (8-10 years)

Location: Rajkot/Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

We are looking for a branch relationship manager who will be responsible for managing, developing & supervising the team with a key focus on servicing and sales through relationship management, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales & service targets.(Must be from banking Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying, interviewing and selecting FLS with support from HR.

  2. Meeting the following productivity measures for the unit:

Premium per FLS, case rate, persistency, retention and a high % of executives exceeding planned productivity standards

  1. Exceeding the revenue targets

  2. Undertaking joint field work with FLS and observe/demonstrate successful selling skills

  3. Conducting Fortnightly performance review (PRP) with executives

  4. Supervising daily activity plan of all FLS to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels

  5. Effectively managing, tracking and converting leads provided by the in-house telemarketing unit.

  6. Engaging with customers to provide quick response to customer queries, provide customer service.

  7. Assisting in Direct customer service policyholder’s complaint resolution.

  8. Ensuring retention of in his allocated book of relations.

  9. Educating team/ prospects about MLI products vis-à-vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions


Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate preferably with an MBA degree      

  2. Overall experience of 8-10 Yrs. with at least 3- 5 years of relevant experience in handling of Sales Reps/Agents/DSAs.

  3. Disciplined, structured & process driven

  4. Familiarity with the local market

  5. Ability to supervise, develop & motivate team.

  6. Result Orientation

  7. Leadership ability
