Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.

Lead digital marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, focusing on community engagement and brand storytelling.

Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, dealer acquisition, and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee website management, user experience optimization, and digital analytics for continuous performance tracking.

Conceptualize and execute influencer collaborations, regional content, and digital-first brand campaigns.

Build and scale engagement programs for dealers, contractors, masons, and engineers through mobile apps, WhatsApp campaigns, and loyalty platforms.

Benchmark competitor digital presence and identify opportunities for innovation.

Align digital initiatives closely with sales and regional marketing goals to ensure consistent brand communication.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).

Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and social media execution.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Skills: Strong creative thinking, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.

Industry Exposure: Experience in building materials, FMCG, or consumer durables sectors will be an added advantage.
