Summary - We are seeking a Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager with 5–10 years of FMCG experience, specifically within hair care and shampoo categories. The role requires strong expertise in brand strategy, NPD, consumer insights, and P&L management. This position offers the opportunity to drive large-scale hair care brands with nationwide reach and aggressive growth plans.

Responsibilities-

1. Driving topline and bottom-line performance for the shampoo and hair care portfolio.

2. Managing end-to-end new product development aligned with the NPD pipeline.

3. Developing integrated marketing and communication strategies for shampoo brands.

4. Coordinating with cross-functional internal teams and external creative agencies.

5. Analyzing internal sales data and syndicated market data to derive actionable insights.

6. Conducting consumer, brand, and product research to support decision-making.

7. Partnering with suppliers, media agencies, research firms, and sales teams.

8. Strengthening brand equity through effective market communication and execution.

Requirements -

1. 5–10 years of experience in FMCG, with mandatory exposure to hair care or shampoo brands.

2. Strong hands-on experience in brand management and NPD within consumer goods.

3. Clear understanding of brand P&L, pricing, and commercial levers.

4. Proven experience working with creative, media, and market research agencies.

5. Exposure to new product and packaging development in hair care categories.

6. Full-time MBA in Marketing from a reputed management institute.
