Business Development Manager - Fmcg/Personal Care - 4+Years - Vijayawada

Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in the beauty, personal care, or professional salon industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales growth, dealer/salon network management, and execution of promotional strategies. Analytical thinking, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills are essential.

Location: Andhra Pradesh (Reporting location: Vijayawada)

Responsibilities:

  1. Driving overall business growth and achieving sales, revenue, and distribution targets.
  2. Planning and achieving collection and training objectives for the territory.
  3. Designing and proposing customized deals for key customers.
  4. Planning cost-effective and time-efficient coverage for the sales team.
  5. Implementing schemes, promotions, and POS activities.
  6. Maintaining accurate sales, annual points of sales, and financial data.
  7. Building and strengthening dealer and salon networks.
  8. Monitoring competitors and updating management with market insights.
  9. Working closely with sales representatives, technicians, and distributors.

Requirements:

  1. MBA from a reputed B-school.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in beauty, personal care, or professional salon business.
  3. Exposure to professional division or salon sales is an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proven ability in sales strategy, business development, and network management.
  6. Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
